Welcome to the website of the DUI defense firm of Braden & Tucci. Our practice is limited to DUI & DMV Defense. I approach every case as if it were my own because it is my own. It is my own reputation that is at stake in each and every case I handle. When I walk into a courtroom, everyone knows that I am there handling a DUI case because that is all we do.
Our Firm of Braden & Tucci consists of myself, Vincent John Tucci and my wife, Sonia J. Braden. We are one of Southern California's most respected and feared law firms in the area of DUI & DMV defense. Our firm is dedicated to aggressively defending and protecting people accused of driving under the influence both in court and at the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).
Our firm enjoys a reputation of surpassing excellence in Southern California for quality trial skills and aggressive representation provided on behalf of our clients. Braden & Tucci concentrates and limits our practice to representing citizens standing accused by the government of driving while under the influence both in court and at the DMV.
Vincent Tucci is the past President of the California DUI Lawyers Association - a statewide organization of attorneys representing individuals accused of DUI. Vincent Tucci is the co-chair of the DUI Committee for the California Attorneys for Criminal Justice and sits as a Board of Governor member. He recently received the CACJ's President's Award. Vincent Tucci is on the Editorial Board in Ed Kuwatch's seminal work California Drunk Driving Law - the DUI Bible in California.
In the last five years, Vincent Tucci has personally tried over 85 DUI jury trials with 60 of those jury trials having a successful outcome for the client in all Southern California courts with an emphasis in Los Angeles County and Orange County. Vincent Tucci has represented citizens against the DMV in excess of 1000 times.
Vincent Tucci is student certified in Standardized Field Sobriety Tests in accordance with the standards of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Vincent Tucci has also been certified in the administration, calibration & maintenance of the Intoximeter Alco-Sensor IV Preliminary Alcohol Screening Device - the breath test device you may or may not have taken at the scene of your arrest.
Vincent Tucci graduated with two Bachelor's Degrees from the California State University at Fullerton and his Juris Doctorate from Whittier College of Law. He is currently on the faculty both in Los Angeles and Orange County for the Loriman Seminar Group teaching other lawyers how to represent their clients when faced with a driving under the influence charge. Vincent Tucci is also a frequent speaker for the California Attorneys for Criminal Justice at their annual DUI seminar. Few firms can match the reputation, skill, legal qualifications and legal experience of Braden & Tucci.
Braden & Tucci offers our clients personalized expertise in area of driving under the influence and Department of Motor Vehicle Hearings where experience, knowledge and a sensitivity to the client's needs are key to the successful results you are seeking.
Braden & Tucci, have established their credentials through rigorous continuing legal education and peer review. When you find yourself confronted with a DUI case and all that goes with that charge, don't take chances.
We are committed to maintaining a small size practice and selectivity in choosing the cases and clients in which we become involved. Braden & Tucci believes our clients are best served through the personal attention that its current staffing and caseload provide. We are a not a DUI mill. We do not advertise one attorney and then stick you with someone less experienced and unknown.
For the record, unlike some of our competition, we are not former police officers nor are we former prosecutors. We never had a job putting people in jail. We try to get people out of that situation. We are now and always have been lawyers representing people accused of committing the crime of driving under the influence.
"Just wanted to thank you in writing for your flawless work in court today for my DUI case. I've heard it before but today I got to witness first hand that district attorneys and prosecutors don't necessarily care about the truth or sometimes even evidence. What they care about the most is winning, regardless of the evidence or shady testimony of their key witnesses."read more testimonials
